As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure technical excellence and deliver measurable business value. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills, supporting pre‑sales activities, solution architecture, and deployment best practices.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients leverage Inbenta’s AI and NLP technologies to achieve their strategic goals.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer goals and design tailored solutions using Inbenta’s AI platform.
• Deliver compelling demos and proof‑of‑concepts, showcasing Inbenta’s AI products and tools.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present architecture recommendations.

• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and workflows.
• Deploy and configure Inbenta products.
• Collaborate with customer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and go‑live.

• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting post‑deployment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer technical teams, ensuring long‑term success.

• Work closely with Product teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Document technical processes and share best practices internally and with clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in technical customer‑facing roles, preferably in SaaS or AI/NLP environments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with solution design, integration, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for customer success and team development.
• Familiarity with GenAI, NLP, or chatbot technologies is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese required;
  Spanish is a plus.
