, a small, locally owned multi location assisted living company is looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist to join our team! You will be the first person our team calls when they need technical support.
- Set up and train users on how to access and operate the software we use.
- Be the go-to person for all tech related questions via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues with both hardware and software and guide the team to solve problems.
- Share helpful tips and ensure every team member has what they need to serve our Residents.
- Special projects as they arise.
- Knowledge of Office 365, VOIP phone systems, firewall and wireless access point systems a plus.
- Patience, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and develop creative solutions.
- Clear and friendly communication-you must enjoy helping people!
- Experience in tech support (1-3 years is great).
