Enterprise Collaboration Engineer

We are hiring an additional Enterprise Collaboration Engineer to expand bench depth, grow our Copilot and AI-tooling expertise, and help us continue scaling the platform that 12,000+ Jack Henry associates rely on every day.

As an Enterprise Collaboration Engineer, you will be a technical contributor responsible for the design, deployment, and day-to-day support of Microsoft 365 collaboration services across Jack Henry.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and One Drive.
• Strong working knowledge of Entra  (Azure AD), conditional access, and Microsoft licensing.
• Hands‑on Power Shell scripting experience for M365 administration (Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience operating in a ticket‑driven environment with a service management platform (Service Now strongly preferred), including incidents, service requests, change records, and catalog tasks.
