Automation Team Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Allen, TX that is seeking an Automation Team Developer.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support access management initiatives across enterprise and cloud environments. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing identity and access solutions, with a strong emphasis on automation, security, and modern access controls.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, configure, and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions

* Administer and enhance Okta environments, including workflow automation

* Implement and manage access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC) and segregation of duties

* Support identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes

* Integrate IAM systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise directories

* Implement and support Just-in-Time (JIT) access solutions

* Work with identity verification tools to enhance authentication and onboarding processes

* Automate IAM processes using scripting and workflow tools (Power Shell, SQL, Power Automate, RPA)

* Troubleshoot access and authentication issues using logging and monitoring tools

* Partner with stakeholders to align IAM solutions with business requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

* 4+ years of Okta administration experience, including Okta Workflows

* Hands-on experience with Just-in-Time (JIT) access tools

* Experience with identity verification platforms/tools

* Strong understanding of IAM concepts and frameworks

* Experience supporting identity lifecycle management and access governance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field

* Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, or similar)

* Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)

* Background in access governance, certifications, and compliance controls

* Scripting or automation experience (Power Shell, SQL, or similar tools)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
