Position: Senior Strategic Program Manager
Term: 12 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Hybrid in Springfield, MO or Monett, MO

Join our Corporate Program Management Office as a Senior Strategic Program Manager on the Strategic Services Team and help shape enterprise initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable impact—particularly across the Payments portfolio.
In this role, you will own complex, multi‑threaded programs from strategy through execution, leveraging both agile and traditional methodologies to achieve results. You will build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, energize cross‑functional teams, and establish scalable frameworks that enable continuous improvement. This is a hybrid position requiring at least two days per week onsite in either Springfield, MO or Monett, MO. Standard working hours are flexible between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Plan and manage complex programs comprised of multiple related projects delivering strategic products, services, or corporate process improvements.
- Oversee all phases of the program lifecycle—from initiation through delivery—ensuring successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement robust program governance frameworks with a strong focus on communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Identify, document, track, and manage interdependencies across projects.
- Proactively identify and manage program‑level risks, issues, and key activities.
- Facilitate cross‑functional and cross‑divisional collaboration, resolving escalations and ensuring alignment across business units.
- Oversee and coordinate vendor and strategic partner activities, including deliverables tracking, issue resolution, risk management, and integration with internal teams.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading large, enterprise‑scale programs or projects.
- Proven ability to analyze complex initiatives and translate them into structured, executable project plans.
- Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for meetings, training, or visits to other office locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing cloud technology initiatives.
- Background in software development project management.
- PMP or PgMP certification.
- SAFe Agilist, SAFe Release Train Engineer, or equivalent Agile certification.
