About the Role
Within the Product Engineering Global Cloud Operations (GCO) organization, our Project & Program Office focuses on best‑in‑class project execution to accelerate S/4 HANA cloud adoption. The office manages planning, implementation, and escalation management of planned project activities across Global Cloud Operations accounts in the Americas.

- Help SAP customers realize the innovation power of SAP HANA and the SAP Cloud on a continuous basis
- Accelerate innovations to the S/4 HANA platform
- Manage system landscape provisioning, application installations, upgrades and migrations
- Perform project management for all GCO Delivery Projects
- Act as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication
- Serve as a key contact for all topics around GCO technology to ensure a smooth move to the SAP HANA system landscape in the cloud.
- Implement and migrate different solutions and technologies, including designing, configuring and operating the solution landscape with the newest technologies, products and innovations.
- Manage provisioning and upgrades of system landscapes in the GCO Managed Cloud.
- Act as an interface between Sales / Client Delivery Management and GCO Delivery Technical experts.
- Work under pressure and constantly add value to the customer and the organization.
- Collaborate with different teams within the GCO Delivery organization and with other lines of business to ensure excellent customer satisfaction, including interfacing with customers.

- Requires flexibility to work on weekends or off‑hours.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years managing landscape provisioning, installation, migration and upgrades, and at least 3 years in a customer‑facing role requiring de‑escalation of critical situations.
- Good understanding of SAP Next‑Generation solutions and services (S/4 HANA, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, HANA, Sybase).
- SAP Basis Lead with strong knowledge and hands‑on experience (desirable).
- Datacenter migration experience (desirable).
The targeted annual combined range for this position is 90,000–198,500 USD. The actual amount offered will fall within that range, depending on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, and other factors determined through the selection process.
