EDiscovery Project Coordinator

We’re seeking an eDiscovery Project Coordinator for our financial services client’s team. This 9 month contract role supports litigation, regulatory, and investigation matters across the full eDiscovery lifecycle, from collection through production. The role is hybrid and located in Allen, Texas.

• Run end-to-end eDiscovery activities including collection, processing, and production.
• Manage multiple eDiscovery projects at the same time.
• Coordinate with legal teams and stakeholders on scope and timelines.
• Support legal holds and related compliance efforts.
• Perform data review support for requests and investigations as needed.

• Experience with Nuix or Relativity.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery.
• Experience with EnCase (or similar forensic tools).
• Demonstrated legal hold and compliance experience.
