We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our playground equipment sales, installation, and service operations through IT solutions and data insights.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Management:
  Oversee technology‑driven projects that enhance sales, logistics, and customer service operations.
• Data Analysis:
  Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and project management data to drive strategic decision‑making.
• Systems Optimization:
  Work with internal teams to refine CRM, ERP, and other business systems for improved functionality and reporting.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify bottlenecks in project workflows and implement solutions to streamline efficiency.

  Partner with developers and IT vendors to customize and integrate software solutions that align with business needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  Liaise with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure data‑backed strategies are implemented effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an IT, operations, or data‑driven role.
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and other business software systems; experience with integrations is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in the construction, playground, or B2B sales industry is a bonus but not required.
