Role Overview
The Next Gen Operations Technician will manage high-availability incident responses for remote-hosted and Cloud-enabled operations. The role involves network surveillance, incident management, technical troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
What You Will DoThe technician will triage and resolve service-impacting incidents, conduct remote monitoring and event response, diagnose hardware and service errors, and provide professional technical support via phone, email, and web portal.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco, ITIL frameworks, AWS Cloud surveillance, or general telecommunications operations, and be able to interpret network drawings to navigate infrastructure and accelerate resolution times.
Requirements- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customer
- Travel under 10%
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including schedule adjustments based on business needs
