Are you passionate about improving business processes and delivering high-quality software solutions?
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Tester to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and our Software Development team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure project success.
- Manage and prioritize software development backlogs and tickets.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate software functionality.
- Document, track, and communicate software issues and resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement through user feedback and post-implementation reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, software testing, or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, software testing, and backlog management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.
What You'll DoYou will play a key role in ensuring software solutions meet business needs by gathering requirements, managing priorities, testing functionality, and supporting successful software delivery from concept through deployment.
