51905 HROC LLC is seeking an Optimization Specialist to improve marketing and operational performance across digital campaigns and internal processes. You will analyze data, run A/B and multivariate tests, and translate insights into clear recommendations that increase conversion, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include building dashboards, monitoring KPIs, documenting hypotheses, and partnering with stakeholders to implement and track optimizations.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient with analytics and testing tools, and comfortable presenting data-driven findings to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and operational performance data to identify optimization opportunities
- Design, run, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports
- Monitor key KPIs and communicate trends to stakeholders
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to implement changes
- Document hypotheses, test plans, and results
- Support conversion rate optimization across digital channels
- Ensure data quality and consistency across analytics tools
- Present findings and optimization roadmaps to non-technical audiences
