Location:

Allen, TX 75002 (Hybrid)

• Forecast and plan service parts via MRP system
• Maintain accurate materials and parts master data
• Analyze inventory levels, usage, lead-times, and demand
• Daily review of backlog beyond automated system triggers
• Interface with internal supply planning teams for timely fulfillment
• Communicate parts availability, order status, shipping, and delivery details to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain reports in Tableau, SAP, and Excel
• Create purchase orders, stock transfer orders, and track orders
• Monitor service parts inventory against open purchase orders
• Prepare weekly KPI reports
• What Success Looks Like for the candidate (First 90120 Days)
• Demonstrates strong purchasing and forecasting capability
• Quickly adapts to ERP workflows (SAP currently, Oracle in the future)
• Effectively manages Excel based buyer/planner functions
• Contributes to stabilizing inventory and improving planning processes

• Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering preferred)
• 23 years in materials planning, purchasing, or repair parts expediting
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP for purchasing and inventory
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
• Excel expertise (analysis, reporting, pivot tables, etc.)
