We’re hiring an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance to join our team. If you’re hands‑on, reliable, and looking to grow your maintenance skills in a supportive environment — we want to meet you.

As an Engineer – Preventative Maintenance, you will:

• Perform scheduled maintenance rounds across hotel property
• Inspect and service building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
• Document work completed, log service records, and report potential issues
• Ensure all equipment meets safety, brand, and compliance standards
• Support guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe and functional environment
• Collaborate with Engineering Lead or Supervisor and support overall department needs

• Basic background in general maintenance, building operations, or facilities
• Willingness to follow preventative maintenance checklists and procedures
• Attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Physical ability to lift 25+ lbs, walk the property, and carry tools/equipment
• Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
