The Lube Technician is an entry‑level position that involves learning and performing a variety of vehicle maintenance services safely and efficiently. The position is trained in the company’s methods for job acceleration and growth while maintaining excellent customer service and technical skills.

• General vehicle maintenance, including:
  • Replacing air and cabin filters, light bulbs, and windshield wipers
  • Checking and adjusting under‑hood fluid levels
  • Testing, servicing, and replacing vehicle batteries
  • Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure
  • Performing visual safety checks and identifying fluid leaks
• Adhering to industry safety guidelines
• Maintaining timely attendance and accurate time record‑keeping
• Performing basic shop maintenance and daily cleaning
• Using a computer to register customer service records
• Following grooming standards and uniform guidelines (uniform shirts, jacket, and belt provided)
• Supporting a respectful and healthy workplace environment
• Performing general center maintenance and cleaning (mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice removal, cleaning restrooms and other areas)
• Completing required training and attending team meetings as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Driver’s License
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use mechanical tools safely without damaging vehicles
• Self‑accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn
• Basic math skills

• Regular standing, bending, walking, talking, and hearing
• Interaction with customers and colleagues
• Frequent lifting or moving of up to 40 pounds
• Exposure to loud noise, varying temperatures, rain, and wind
• Shift work that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays

• Perform general maintenance and cleaning (mopping, window washing, lawn mowing, clearing litter, snow and ice removal, cleaning restrooms and employee areas)
• Attend crew meetings as required
• Run errands as requested
• Perform additional duties as assigned
