• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive, positive responses to challenges.
• Manage daily operations including swim lessons, deck management, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate student progress and ensure quality teaching using our curriculum.
• Create and manage class and employee schedules.
• Lead team meetings and foster employee engagement.
• Develop team members at various stages of their careers.

• Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower teams.
• Genuine love for teaching children.
• Problem-solving skills and customer service excellence.
• Goal setting and action plan creation skills.

• Salary range: $41,750 - $59,750 per year.
