- Competitive Pay:
Base salary of $65,000–$85,000/year (based on experience and market). - Performance Bonus:
Up to $18,000 annually through incentives. - Career Growth:

6+ years managing large teams, educational background preferred, high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, impact-driven mindset. - Physical and safety requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks, maintain safety standards, and work at the job location as required.
