Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly organized and results‑driven Distribution Center Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, safety compliance, and process optimization to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure control, accuracy and availability.
  • Develop and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations; lead regular safety training and audits.
  • Manage scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews for warehouse staff.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
  • Drive initiatives related to lean warehousing, cost reduction, and process automation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment with multiple shifts.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
  • Experience with WMS and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Forklift certification and experience a plus.
  • Fast‑paced distribution center environment with exposure to varying temperatures.
  • Requires standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
  • Occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shifts may be required during peak periods.
