Job Title:
Service Delivery Project Manager (Network/Telecom)
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects for a growing service provider — including new product launches, network/infrastructure builds, and systems integration.
What you'll do:- Own project plans and timelines from kickoff through handoff, keeping a sharp focus on critical path and on-time delivery
- Coordinate across Construction, Engineering, IT, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics teams
- Run project meetings, track action items, and report status to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Lead live proof-of-concept rollouts for new products/services, then transition them to the ongoing Service Delivery team
- Manage risk, scope, and budget across multiple concurrent projects
- 7-10 years of Network Project Management experience with a service provider/telecom company
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience (Master's a plus)
- Strong hands-on skills with Microsoft Project, PERT/Gantt charts, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint (SharePoint a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to executives and managing client relationships
- Proven ability to juggle multiple concurrent, high-pressure projects
