Job Title: RMA Assembler I

Duration: 2 months | Temp to Hire

Location: Allen, TX 75002

Worksite: 100% Onsite | First Shift | Monday - Friday | 6:00/7:00 AM - 2:30/3:30 PM

• Strong Mechanical aptitude and prior experience in Mechanical assembly processes, preferably in electronics assembly. (2-5 years minimum)
• Ability to work with multiple hand and Power/Battery operated tools.
• Able to read and work from mechanical drawings and work instructions. (Instructions are in English)
• Learn multiple processes, cross-trainable to support multiple product lines.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, self-motivated & results orientated.
• Well organized, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work and support production requirements and meet deadlines.
• Ensure high quality work is performed with repeatability and reliability.
• Able to perform within a team and adapt to a diverse cultural work group.
• Good moral character and able to fit into the company culture.
• Excellent communication skills

• 2 years of work-related experience in the electronics industry or related field.
• Experience of working in a team orientated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable and capable of working in an ESD environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Solder Experience a plus.

• High school diploma or GED is required if hired by customer
