• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach or healthcare marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hospice and palliative care concepts is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
