Allen Americans is seeking a Social Media & Graphic Design Manager to drive communications, marketing, and design efforts that keep fans engaged and the brand visible. This onsite role in Allen, TX focuses on promoting games and building community presence through coordinated campaigns, standout creative, and real-time coverage of announcements.
Responsibilities- Proactively generate promotion opportunities for Americans games and the Americans brand through digital media, traditional media, grassroots participation, and more.
- Manage Americans digital campaigns, including social media, website, and email marketing.
- Create and produce graphics for multiple formats, such as print materials, digital and social media, retailer signs, in-game video boards, and publications.
- Lead community engagement efforts, including school programs and community events.
- Coordinate announcements with internal and external stakeholders to support effective event promotion.
- Collaborate on the creation, implementation, and management of an annual marketing plan and budget.
- Handle day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, SEO, and ad-based initiatives.
- Follow schedules, budgets, asset testing, and project details to keep business units aligned on successful campaign execution.
- Partner with the leadership team on final deliverables before distribution, ensuring formatting, aesthetics, and content meet company standards and expectations.
- Lead real-time game coverage and major organizational announcements.
- Interact with fans and support a high-quality fan experience through editorial plans and 1:1 communication, including replies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, Design, or Public Relations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom, After Effects).
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter.
