Texas Health Resources is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Surgical Department in Allen, TX. This full-time role covers days with three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. The unit handles post-surgery, ortho, spine, plastics, general surgery and overflow cases.
The ideal candidate holds a Nursing Diploma or an Associate degree, with BSN preferred, and has at least one year of RN experience or a residency completion. BCLS, CPI, and ACLS are required.
