Registered Nurse – Surgical ICU – Nights

Role: Providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment.

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members, ensuring age-appropriate care in line with standards.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and IV treatments safely and timely.
• Support professional growth, take initiative, and improve the patient experience.
• Adhere to hospital policies, standards, and confidentiality protocols.
• Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited school, current nursing license, BLS certification, and minimum RN experience or completion of a Nurse Residency Program.
• Skills required include strong communication, teamwork, accountability, and knowledge of healthcare standards.
