Lawn Care & Turf Specialist (Residential Spray Focus)

This isn’t your typical field technician role. We’re seeking professionals who want to:

As our Lawn Care & Turf Specialist, you’ll:

• Apply professional treatments for turf fertilization, weed control, insect control, and soil enhancement
• Diagnose issues and help educate customers on best practices for lawn health
• Represent the company with pride — professional, courteous, and reliable service
• Work outdoors across residential service routes in the North Texas area

This role blends hands-on turf care with customer engagement — perfect for someone who loves both problem-solving and being active.

Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on skills & experience).
