• Conduct regular internal audits of warehouse and distribution processes to ensure compliance with company SOPs, and quality standards.
• Evaluate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping procedures for quality assurance.
• Perform a random and risk‑based sampling of incoming parts and materials.
• Conduct periodic sampling of stored inventory to verify continued compliance with quality standards.
• Verify packaging integrity, labeling accuracy, and conformance to purchase order specifications and document findings.
• Sample packed orders to ensure correct part numbers, quantities, and packaging materials are used.
• Inspect for proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation before shipment.
• Collaborate with shipping and customer service teams to address quality‑related complaints or returns.
• Identify non‑conformities and recommend corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and inventory control teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate audit records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Assist in developing audit schedules and quality training materials.
• Monitor calibration and maintenance of quality‑related equipment (e.g., scales, scanners).
• Support root cause analysis and follow‑up audits to verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Stay current with industry’s best practices and regulatory changes.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, or related field preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in quality auditing, preferably in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal Auditor) is a plus.

• Ability to walk warehouse floors and climb ladders or stairs as needed.
• Lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
• Work in varying temperature environments (depending on warehouse conditions).
