INANUTSHELL

This in-house Real Estate Attorney will be a key driver to MD7’s lease buyout initiative and broader real estate strategy. This role is responsible for managing a wide range of real estate matters. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

DAY-TO-DAY

• Lease Negotiationsand Buyouts :Leadingnegotiationsfornewleases,leaseamendments,andleasebuyouts.
• Due Diligence:Conductingthoroughduediligencereviewsofrealestateassets,includingtitlesearchesandleaseanalysis.
• Legal Counsel:Providingstrategiclegaladvicetointernalstakeholders,includingleaseconsultants,oncomplexrealestateissues.
• Transactional Support:Assistingwiththerealestateaspectsofacquisitionsandothercorporatetransactions.
