This full-time on-site role, based in Allen, TX, requires an Escrow Assistant to support the escrow process and contribute to timely and efficient real estate closings. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing escrow documents, coordinating with clients, lenders, and attorneys, processing files, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy are essential to successfully manage the closing process and provide exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in Escrow and Closings procedures, with knowledge of associated documentation and compliance requirements.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, lenders, and all other stakeholders.
• Certified Notary status or willingness to obtain certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in the real estate or title industry is preferred but not required.
