Position: Selling Supervisor-2

Summary

The Selling Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise from delivery to sales floor while supporting front- and back-of-house operations. This role leads operational training, coordinates replenishment and stockroom organization, and contributes to visual merchandising and compliance initiatives. The Supervisor supports the sales team and elevates the customer experience through operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag and process incoming shipments for floor and stockroom placement.
  • Execute replenishment activities, manage ISOS reports, reticketing, RFID/EAS tasks and returns to the sales floor.
  • Lead stockroom organization, reorganization and reset initiatives to meet productivity targets.
  • Provide operational training, coaching and feedback to store associates and support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Collaborate with merchandising leadership to maintain visual standards and support seasonal floor changes.
  • Support customer service by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and risk management procedures related to store operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver the sales floor and stock areas, and work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co-workers.
