Responsibilities
As the Support Supervisor, you lead by example, managing conflict and identifying opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience. Your typical day may include acting as greeter, runner, cashier, answering phones, understanding and executing operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
Qualifications- 2 to 4 years experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment (stock-related experience a plus)
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform repetitive tasks such as carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
- Minimum age of 18 years
The compensation range for this position is 18.00 USD - 18.00 USD.
