Responsibilities Leadership & Talent Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor coffee shop staff to uphold company standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, conduct performance reviews, and address improvement areas.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships within the team to enhance employee and customer experience.
• Promote store events, seasonal promotions, and engage with local community partnerships.

• Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and track cash flow.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues such as equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.

• Maintain high-quality standards for coffee and food preparation.
• Ensure adherence to recipes and preparation guidelines.
• Implement customer feedback to improve service and experience.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote brand values and enhance customer loyalty.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, payroll, and other data.
• Prepare regular reports on performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
• Conduct safety and sanitation training for staff.

• 3+ years’ experience in retail or food & beverage management.
• Proficiency with POS systems and scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, sales tracking, and inventory management.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve and maintain a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and busier retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform other physical tasks such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom.

$75,000.00–$80,000.00
