Reporting to the Store Manager, stylists are consumer-centric, open minded, proactive, and think beyond the task. You are responsible for modeling and coaching to provide the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Suggest looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs consistent with Levi's® service approach.
• Promote Levi's® omnichannel experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind; partner with store management on elevated consumer issues.
• Efficiently handle all cash handling and merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems while maintaining standards; perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
• Comply with all Levi's® Stores policy, procedure, and programs, and follow directives of store management.

• Fashion savvy and interested in current trends.
• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform required physical tasks (standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, climbing ladders).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Compensation:
Pay range from the higher of the required minimum wage or $12.00 - $19.95 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
