Shift Supervisor (Day) – Store 177

Braum's invites a positive, energetic individual to join our team. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for advancement.

• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Shift: 5:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Hourly Compensation: $14.50 – $15.00 (annual $35,500 – $37,000)
• Reports to: Assistant Manager

Workdays vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Baum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License.
