Support Associate, Retail

Responsibilities

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and answer phones
• Execute operational policies and procedures
• Pack and unpack shipments
• Organize stock room to support product flow and smooth store operation

• One- to two years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment; experience in stocking is a plus
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical duties such as carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods
