Role Description The Part Time Key Holder at Movado Group, Inc. in Allen, TX is an on‑site retail role focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store as directed, securing the premises, and assisting with cash handling procedures. The Key Holder will provide knowledgeable guidance on products, engage customers through consultative selling, and ensure the sales floor is well‑merchandised and organized.

This role also supports inventory management, participates in promotional activities, and collaborates with the store team to meet sales goals while upholding brand standards and store policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interactions and professional interpersonal skills in a retail environment.
• Retail Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals and support add‑on and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Solid Product Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn watch and accessory features, brand stories, and care guidelines.
• Prior key holder or supervisory experience in retail is preferred, including comfort with opening/closing procedures and basic cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining store security and operational standards.
