Responsibilities• Serve as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, responsible for closing deals by offering hands‑on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions, keeping customers connected to what matters most.
How you get the job done:
- Kick off with paid training to equip you for independent field work, followed by coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you meet sales targets.
- Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots, remain highly motivated, and successfully close sales.
- Prior sales experience, preferably in a target‑driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to use a company‑provided vehicle.
- Flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customers on their timeline.
Base salary ranges from $34,294 to $50,050 per year plus up to $20,000 in commissions when all sales goals are met. Uncapped commission opportunities allow top sellers to earn up to $71,029 annually.
