LocationOn-site in Allen Texas. This role is a regional position with an expectation of up to 50% to 75% travel within the region.
Sales Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company revenue goals.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the US West territory.
- Identify new opportunities in fab, OSAT, foundry, and semiconductor equipment markets.
- Achieve quarterly and annual booking and revenue targets.
- Grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships.
- Lead account planning, business reviews, and technical discussions.
- Manage contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and commercial terms.
- Identify new applications and opportunities for company products and technologies.
- Work with corporate marketing and product teams to influence product roadmaps.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Partner with applications engineering, product management, and marketing.
- Provide voice-of-customer (VOC) to support product direction and competitive positioning.
- Drive alignment between customer expectations and company capabilities.
- Ability to develop and execute regional sales strategies, manage pipeline, forecast accurately and drive revenue growth across territory.
- Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, customer technology requirements, and related equipment or materials.
- Expert ability to negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms while engaging engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build trust, expand accounts, manage complex relationships and influence decisions across customer organizations.
- Recognize market trends, emerging customer needs and new applications to drive growth in existing and new accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with near-term revenue goals and long-term technology roadmaps.
- 8+ years of experience and 2 years leading a team in semiconductor sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience working with fabs, IDMs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/supply companies.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or supply chain.
- Demonstrated success growing strategic accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to travel minimum 50% and up to 75% within the region.
