• Possesses 2+ years of Call Center Experience
• Possesses excellent phone skills
• Follows and champions a script with ease
• Is motivated internally to hit key metrics
• WOWs customers
• Promotes the company online
• Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls and generating leads
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, team members, and to generally get the job done

• $18-$20/hour, depending on skills and experience, plus pay-for-performance incentives
• Various shifts Monday–Friday including some evenings and occasional Saturdays 9 am–1 pm; flexibility required

• Maintain appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute, preventing low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities
• Master assigned scripts and work at an acceptable pace
