Proposition Sales Specialist - Wealth

Overview

As a subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities, the Associate Proposition Sales Specialist role will focus on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Wealth Management business in a given territory driving opportunities within both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specific products and customer types as well as serve accounts within a defined territory.

The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders as well as Senior Regional Proposition Sellers to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

• Structure, negotiate and close deals
• Proactively identify pipeline opportunities
• Develop a sales strategy for their territory
• Deliver customer demonstrations on our suite of Wealth Solutions

• Strong Wealth Management understanding including a) expert understanding of financial markets b) strong understanding of customers  business model workflow
• World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling)
• Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
• Exceptional Presentation skills (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
• 1 to 2 years of industry, sales or market experience
• Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment

Compensation/Benefits Information:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,000 - $145,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
