Position Summary
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial to lead Federal Growth & Business Development to establish and scale GCB's Federal business. This is far more than a sales role, you will own the complete federal growth strategy, from identifying target agencies and shaping opportunities before solicitations are released to leading capture efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and winning contracts.
You will play a key leadership role in transforming GCB into a recognized federal technology contractor while building a sustainable multi-million-dollar pipeline and long-term customer relationships.

- 10+ years of Federal Business Development, Capture Management, or Federal Sales experience with a proven record of winning government contracts.
- Deep understanding of Federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles including GSA MAS, GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, Task Orders, and agency procurement planning.
- Hands-on experience managing GSA MAS contracts, including contract administration, modifications, SIN management, compliance, sales reporting, and Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) submissions.
- Strong working knowledge of SAM.gov, GSA eBuy, Vendor Support Center (VSC), MAS Interact, and other Federal procurement resources.
- Demonstrated success leading capture planning, opportunity qualification, proposal strategy, and cross-functional pursuit teams.
- Established relationships across Federal agencies, prime contractors, systems integrators, and industry partners.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience helping build or significantly grow a small or mid-sized Federal contractor.
- Existing relationships with major Federal systems integrators and strategic partners.
- Experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DHS, VA, HHS, Treasury, GSA, or other Civilian agencies.
- Understanding of emerging Federal technology priorities including Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Cloud Modernization, Cybersecurity, Zero Trust, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
- Experience selling professional IT services through GSA Schedule contracts and other Government-wide acquisition vehicles.
