Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving new business across the wireless and telecom sectors, with a strong emphasis on T-Mobile relationships. Candidates with experience working in smaller organizations—who thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments—are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business development activities within the wireless/telecom domain.
- Leverage active T-Mobile relationships to secure new opportunities and expand existing business.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, OEMs, integrators, and enterprise clients.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to support strategic planning.
- Achieve sales KPIs, revenue goals, and contribute to long-term company growth.
- Travel across the USA as needed for client meetings, events, and business engagements.
Required
Skills & Experience:
- 5–10 years of wireless/telecom sales experience in the U.S. market.
- Mandatory:
Active T-Mobile contacts and a proven history of securing projects from T-Mobile. - Prior experience working with small companies; ability to operate with autonomy and agility.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the USA.
