Market Manager

Market Manager - On-Premise | Armor Brewing Co. | DFW Metro

Armor Brewing is a veteran-owned craft brewery based in Allen, TX. We make beer worth talking about, and we're growing. We need someone to own our presence in the DFW market - not manage it from a desk, but actually be in it.

• Build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues across your territory
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking
• Conduct regular account visits - this is a five-days-a-week-in-market role
• Resolve any issues around orders, service, or delivery quickly and professionally
• Ensure proper pricing, distribution, and brand visibility across all accounts
• Hit monthly and quarterly volume goals
• Drive new tap handle placements, menu features, and back-bar visibility
• Match product recommendations to each account's concept and guest profile
• Track your territory, plan your routes, and maximize your time in market

• Execute promotions, tastings, and staff education events at accounts
• Coordinate periodic consumer events and festivals (nights and weekends as needed throughout the year)
• Maintain point-of-sale standards and ensure Armor is represented well wherever we pour
• Be the face of Armor Brewing in the market

• Log account activity and notes in CRM - keep it current
• Report weekly on market conditions, account feedback, and competitive activity
• Track incentive programs and your own performance metrics

• 21 years or older
• 2+ years in beverage alcohol sales (on-premise preferred)
• Existing DFW account relationships are a genuine advantage
• You know how to have a real conversation with a bar owner, a GM, and a bartender - and those are three different conversations
• Self-directed - you manage your own time and your own results
• Proficient in CRM tools and basic reporting
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, insured vehicle (minimum coverage: $100K bodily injury / $300K liability / $50K property damage)
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening; subject to random testing throughout employment

• Daily driving throughout assigned territory (up to several hours per day)
• Walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 lbs regularly
• Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
