Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, grounds, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions in a technology-focused location;
Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, or policy violations in accordance with site guidelines;
Support day-to-day operations by completing reports, maintaining awareness of assigned areas, and assisting with security-related requests from clients, employees, and/or guests
