Maintenance Technician

National Property Management Company seeks a full‑time Maintenance Technician to maintain a prestigious apartment community.

Under the supervision of the General Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will perform repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property.

• Perform all maintenance and repairs assigned at the property.
• Complete work orders efficiently and courteously.
• Inspect buildings, roofs, and common areas regularly.
• Ensure job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently, and courteously in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain the shop and storage areas in a clean, orderly, safe, and secure manner.

• Full‑time position.
• HVAC certification required or willingness to obtain certification within six months.
• Availability for 24‑hour on‑call service as assigned.
• Basic hand tools to perform duties.
• Good history of dependability and job performance.
• Minimum of two years experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician preferred.
• Current and valid Driver’s License.
