This is a full-time on-site role located in Allen, TX, for a professional Handyman. The Handyman will be responsible for performing repair, maintenance, and renovation tasks that include interior and exterior work. Daily activities include conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, fixing various structural elements, preparing surfaces, and carrying out Spray-Net’s proprietary painting process for homes. The role also involves coordinating with team members, maintaining tools, ensuring safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to homeowners.
Qualifications- Proven experience in basic repairs, maintenance, and general handyman work.
- Skills in surface preparation, painting techniques, and using hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to high-quality work standards.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to engage professionally with team members and clients.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including standing, kneeling, or climbing for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety procedures and the proper use of protective equipment.
- Experience with Spray-Net’s painting process or related practices is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites are required.
