Position: Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management. This hands-on role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role located in Allen, Texas.

• Coordinate and execute all shipping and receiving operations
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight providers
• Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
• Collaborate with the office team for order processing and logistics planning

• 2+ years experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor daily
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email, shipping software)
• Experience with shipping platforms (UPS, Fed Ex, LTL carriers) preferred
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
