Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday Overtime Available
Pay Range: $18 PLUS
Breaks:
Two 15-minute breaks & one 30-minute lunch
Job Overview:
Abundant Solutions is seeking Material Handlers to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Allen, TX. This is a physically active role requiring reliability, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately fulfill orders using pick lists
- Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Operate various forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, reach) safely and efficiently
- Lift up to 50 lbs (with team assistance if needed)
- Walk over 13,000 steps or approximately 5 miles per day
Qualifications & Skills:
Core Competencies:
- Excellent Attendance:
Reliable with a strong record of punctuality - Computer Literacy:
Comfortable with basic PC functions, data entry, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office - Strong Work Ethic:
Dedicated and focused on quality and efficiency - Experience with WMS - SAP/ERP
- Team Player:
Collaborates effectively with coworkers and supervisors - Attention to Detail:
Minimizes errors in inventory handling and documentation
Job-Specific Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
- Forklift operation experience (or willingness to be trained on stand-up forklifts)
- Proven order pulling experience
- Physical stamina for extended walking and lifting
