Salary Range: $79,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Design and optimize production layouts and material flow to enhance productivity.
• Train and mentor production teams on Lean principles and problem-solving techniques.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and report on progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Lean principles into new product introductions and existing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
