Salary Range: $48,000 - $74,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schews, and engineering specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards using appropriate tools and methods.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on welding machinery and related equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Vocational training or an Associate's degree in welding technology.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing welding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of various welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, STICK).
