Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Master Schedulers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity, material availability, and customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to ensure alignment of the production plan with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust schedules to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Analyze production performance and identify areas for improvement in scheduling processes.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and communicate production schedules across relevant departments.
• Forecast future demand and capacity requirements to inform strategic planning.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize production based on business needs and customer commitments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage complex data.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
