ARAMARK is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead daily retail operations within our accommodation and food service locations. You will oversee front-line staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain product presentation, manage cash handling, and support inventory and ordering. The role includes training and scheduling employees, monitoring safety and food-handling standards, and resolving guest issues quickly. You'll partner with management to achieve sales targets, implement promotions, and uphold Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and service excellence while growing your leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail and food service operations
- Lead, train, and schedule front-line staff
- Ensure outstanding customer service and rapid issue resolution
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and reconciliations
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and product presentation
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
